Kings Camps Regional Ambassador

About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Ambassador to represent Kings Camps in person across a set geographical region. You’ll be promoting our mission, engaging inspirational people into jobs with us, delivering taster sessions to children and young people in schools, representing us at local events and, of course, showcasing The Kings Factor!

You’ll be speaking with university lecturers and tutors, students, sports coaches, schools, parents and teachers, ensuring a continual pipeline of community engagement, getting hundreds of children active through Active Schools delivery and increasing applications for roles with Kings Camps.

About You

  • First-hand experience of relationship building, engagement and networking
  • Fully supportive of the mission and values of Kings Active Foundation
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced and confident in Public Speaking
  • Friendly, lively and engaging approach
  • Self-motivated and driven to work towards targets
  • Full, clean driving license and use of own vehicle
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

The important part

  • Flexible hours to optimise maximum engagement with schools, universities and external organisations
  • Salary – Project rate to be agreed in line with working pattern and duration of contract
  • Expenses / mileage contributions covered – Mileage allowance 40p/mile. Evening meal – Up to £10 expense for an evening meal during overnight stays. Following an overnight stay, £5 lunch allowance.
