Senior Support Officer

About the Role

The Senior Support Officer is responsible for providing administration management and support to the Leadership Team and project and seasonal support across the organisation.

Balancing and optimising the workloads of the Senior Team is key to ensuring that the organisation can operate in the most efficient way possible and that we get the best results and value from our people.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including but not limited to diary and email management, project administration, general administration (especially in high season to help alleviate seasonal pressure) and support in the communication and wider update of organisation messages.

About You

We’re looking for you to have a high level of written and verbal communication , be efficient and confident, with great time management. You have a willingness and eagerness to assist others and be self disciplined and able to prioritise your work.

  • Where: Kings Active Foundation HQ, Sheffield, S10  (choice of merged working with a mixture of office and home)
  • Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum, DOE
  • Working Hours: Flexible working between 8am – 6pm (flexible approach to working hours and peak periods will involve travel and being
    on-call over evenings and weekends)
  • Auto-enrolment company pension and employer contributions
  • Holiday: 20 days plus statutory holidays, increasing to 25 days during length of service
