About the Role

We recruit over 800 passionate individuals each year for seasonal roles on our own activity programmes.

As Recruitment Manager you’ll supervise the team of Recruitment Specialists to meet annual target demands and implement and measure recruitment targets and activity, report on performance and recommend improvements to the Head of Recruitment and Compliance.

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring safer recruitment processes are followed, implementing working practices that ensure safety, suitability and quality expectations are met.

At Kings, our Recruitment Team is a little different… fun chants and singing during video interview’s are not unheard of!

We recruit over 800 passionate individuals each year for seasonal roles on our own activity programmes (Kings Camps). With all candidates, our Recruitment Team showcase The Kings Factor. They do this through each & every interaction; whether meeting via University events, email enquiries or initial interview.

About You

We’re looking for you to have 2 years experience in team management or supervision, ability to problem solve, willingness to make decisions, working knowledge of safeguarding and experience of working with budgets as well as having great verbal and written communication skills.

  • Where: Kings Active Foundation HQ (hybrid working with a mixture of office, home and UK travel)
  • Office hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm
  • Salary £28,000+ per annum, DOE
  • Auto-enrolment company pension and employer contributions
  • Holiday: 20 days plus statutory holidays, increasing to 25 days during length of service
  • Additional discretionary holiday days
  • Report directly to Head of Recruitment and Compliance
  • Monthly 1:1 development meetings
  • Annual performance review

  • Video screening call – an informal chat with one of our friendly team
