Cruise Staff

Cruise Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of activities and events and providing fantastic guest experiences on board Royal Caribbean ships ensuring guests have the holiday of a lifetime!

Be part of an energetic and dynamic Entertainment team, delivering recreational, entertainment and social programs for adults and families.

You’ll lead and participate in a variety of activities include drama, fun games, sports sessions, tournaments and attend Captains Cocktail Party to ensure the smooth running of events onboard.

Experience & qualifications

  • 2 years’ master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with resorts, cruise lines, entertainment or recreational industries
  • Ability to provide a special talent or skill as a personal specialty class (Activity class offerings preferred: dance instruction, craft classes, fitness classes, singing, etc)
  • Experience on a microphone required
  • High level of customer service skills to satisfy guests in a manner consistent with Royal Caribbean International’s The Royal Way
  • Working knowledge of computers and a variety of software basic packages.
  • Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
  • Degree from a college or university in the theater, performance or dance preferred

  • C1/D Visa (Visa cost will be reimbursed upon joining with receipt)
