About the Role


About You
We’re looking for a qualified marketer with 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role, who can demonstrate hands-on experience delivering digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be confident and personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable taking part in face-to-face conversations and group presentations.
You’ll be organised, self-motivated and ready for a challenge, with the drive to meet targets and deliver results. You’ll have good IT skills, be able to work flexibly to meet deadlines, and be eligible to work in the UK. A full driving licence is advantageous, and it’s essential that you fully support our mission and values.

The important part

- Salary: From £26,500 FTE per annum, depending on experience.
- Pension: Enhanced pension with 5% employer contributions and Group Life Assurance Scheme.
- Holiday: Starting at 25 days per annum (FTE) plus statutory holidays, rising to 30 days (FTE) after 5 years’ service.
- Work Patterns: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during peak demand times. There may also be some travel required to our camps to capture content and support marketing activity.
- Training: Includes a bespoke onboarding plan, market-leading Safeguarding training, and a free disclosure check as part of safer recruitment
