Programme Delivery Lead
(Fixed-Term Contract)
About the Role
The Programme Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring that activity programmes meet our member and partner promises through our people, programmes and equipment.
The role involves working with high volumes of children, seasonal staff, a national venue portfolio, accidents, incidents and complaints and a diverse range of services and programmes.
This is an 18 month Fixed-Term contract, with potential to be a permanent role.

About Operations
Our Operations Team Make. Things. Happen. A team of confident individuals, all ready to get stuck in and ensure that our activity camps, Kings Camps, run successfully.
From design through to training, delivery through to evaluation, the Operations Team have a huge responsibility to ensure our programmes are delivered well.


About You
We’re looking for you to have a background related to teaching or coaching, a years experience in leading and delivering activity programmes to school aged children, training and mentoring experience, experience of providing guidance in a customer facing role. Having a full driver’s license is essential.

- Where: Kings Active Foundation HQ (choice of merged working with a mixture of office and home as well as travel across the UK)
- Fixed – Term contract, initially for 18 months, with the potential to be permanent.
- Salary: from £23,000 – £26,000 per annum, DOE
- Working Hours: Flexible working between 8am – 6pm
- Auto-enrolment company pension and employer contributions
- Holiday: 20 days plus statutory holidays, increasing to 25 days during length of service
