Operations and Programme Coordinator

About the Role

The Operations and Programme Coordinator will work within the Operations team is responsible for Programme preparation, training and resources for Kings Camps activity camps across the UK.

The Operations and Programme Coordinator has specific responsibility for programme preparation and delivery. The role involves a high level of UK travel.

This is a Fixed-Term contract, 18 months June – November with potential for permanent employment.

About Operations

As Operations and Programme Coordinator, you’ll be part of the wider Operations Team who Make. Things. Happen. You’ll be ready to get stuck in and ensure that our activity camps, Kings Camps, run successfully. There’s lots of in-person and online communication with our teams on camp and programme content creation.

Without you, good planning and training our camps can’t happen!

About You

We’re looking for you to have experience of teaching or coaching, training and mentoring and a minimum one years experience of leading and delivering activity programmes to children. Possess a good working knowledge of MS packages including Excel and Word. A Clean, full driving license is essential.

  • Where: Kings Active Foundation Head Office (Sheffield) with travel across the UK
  • Fixed – Term contract, 18 months (June – November) with potential for permanent opportunity
  • Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum, DOE
  • Working Hours: Flexible working between 8am – 6pm (flexible approach to working hours and peak periods can involve being
    on-call over evenings and weekends)
  • Auto-enrolment company pension and employer contributions
  • Holiday: 20 days plus statutory holidays, increasing to 25 days during length of service
  • Additional discretionary holiday days
  • Report Directly to Head of Operations
  • Monthly 1:1 development meetings
